Role Overview
The Holiday & Short Term Rentals team is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator.
The role requires a driven, customer-focused person who can work under pressure and use their own initiative.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 50 properties within an assigned area and coordinate tenant issues daily.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs around the clock.
- Schedule housekeeping and facilitate maintenance with internal or third-party teams.
- Maintain occupancy, complete post-stay inventory checks, and facilitate client viewings.
- Answer leads and enquiries through email, phone, WhatsApp, and international platforms.
- Track and collect rental payments, return security deposits, and record bookings and client data in the property management system.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- A driving license and car are required.
- Dubai experience is essential.
- Dubai real estate market experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, consultative sales, customer satisfaction, communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills are required.
- High proficiency in English is required.
