The Holiday and Short-Term Rentals team is seeking an Account Manager.
The role liaises between the company and landlords regarding queries and concerns.
The position manages a portfolio of up to 100 landlords.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong landlord relationships.
- Lead and control face-to-face meetings.
- Coordinate exchanges between clients and internal teams.
- Negotiate additional properties to manage and maximize profit.
- Retain business year over year and cross-sell to other departments.
- Understand property owners’ needs and address concerns quickly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Diligent, proactive, resilient, and strategic approach.
- Problem-solving ability.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Holiday home experience is an advantage.
