haus & haus is an award-winning real estate agency known for client relationships, service standards, and professionalism.
Role Overview
The company is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Holiday and Short Term Rentals team.
The role requires a driven, customer-focused person who can work under pressure and use their own initiative.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect landlords from the CRM system, Dubizzle, and database sheets.
- Onboard a minimum of eight properties per month.
- Handle referrals from internal agents.
- Meet landlords to obtain signed agreements.
- Prepare and send financial projections to landlords.
- Build rapport with potential landlords daily.
- Conduct market reports and create presentations.
What You’ll Need
- At least two years of relevant experience is required.
- A driving license and car are required.
- Experience in Dubai is essential.
- Dubai real estate market experience and knowledge are preferred.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills are required.
