Join the Holiday & Short Term Rentals team as an Account Manager.
Liaise between the company and landlords on queries and concerns.
Manage landlord relationships and support retention and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 100 landlords.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Lead and control face-to-face meetings.
- Coordinate exchanges between clients and the internal team.
- Negotiate additional properties to manage and maximize profit.
- Retain business year over year.
- Cross-sell services to other haus & haus departments.
- Address property-owner needs quickly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Diligent, proactive, resilient, and strategic approach.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Valid driver license is essential.
- Holiday home experience is advantageous.
