- Achieve sales targets
- Visit Point of Sales within defined area and verify product availability, placement, pricing, and advertising materials
- Take orders in quantity and assortment necessary for targeted visibility and ensure stock in Point of Sales
- Explore and provide direction on development of business growth opportunities
- Influence sales and support client through catalogue, placement optimisation, promotions, and innovative sales approach
- Build and maintain relationship with customer counterparts in the field
- Communicate all activities to stores to ensure implementation
- Engage clients in Category Management discussions and improvement projects
- Report and communicate store activity evolution
- Implement merchandising activities
- Report performance of trade field activities and accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements, and retail price trends
- Set and monitor POS Quality, Customer Quality and other KPI targets
Requirements
- Secondary school or diploma
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales
- Arabic speaker
- Basic English
- Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets
- Driving licence

About the Role
- As a Sales Representative your main focus will be to achieve best point of sale volumes and placements.
- You will manage and organize territories and clients to ensure integration with all headquarter business initiatives and Functions.
Main Responsibilities
- Aiming to achieve the sales targets.
- Visiting the Point of Sales within the defined area and verifying that products are available and properly placed, that prices are visible, that advertising materials are in the right place, at the right time and in the correct quantity.
- Taking orders in quantity and assortment necessary for targeted visibility and ensuring stock in the Point of Sales.
- Exploring and providing direction on the development of business growth opportunities.
- Influencing sales and supporting the client communicating catalogue, placement optimisation, promotions and driving the innovative sales approach.
- Building up and maintaining relationship with customer counterparts in the field.
- Communicating all activities to stores to ensure their implementation.
- Engaging clients in Category Management discussions and improvement projects.
- Reporting and communicating store activity evolution.
- Implementing merchandising activities.
- Reporting the performance of trade field activities and the accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements and retail price trends and monitoring performance.

About You
- Secondary school or diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Arabic speaker.
- Previous experience in the FMCG segment will be a plus.
- Basic English.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets.
- Driving licence.
