About the Role

- This role is part of Ferrero's commitment to support and nurture young talent through a structured two year rotational program.
Main Responsibilities
- First year: IT Service Management and collaboration with external service providers; supporting service delivery operations; coordinating IT support activities across the region including end user support, IT asset management, system maintenance, and troubleshooting across tools such as Windows, O36
- Second year: IT Sales COE to support application and operational activities; assisting in issue resolution coordination; supporting IT demands across functions; preparing test plans, participating in system testing, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and documenting implemented solutions.
About You
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar field.
- Project management and ITIL certificate will be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills.
