- Lead end to end commercialization of new product launches and seasonal initiatives
- Develop launch strategies, customer sell in materials, and commercialization toolkits
- Leverage consumer, shopper, and market intelligence to build winning brand strategies
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital platforms, shopper marketing, and in store activations
- Manage artwork development, packaging approvals, and production timelines
- Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and external agency partners
- Prepare strategic recommendations and presentations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 5 years of Brand Management experience within FMCG industry
- Experience in innovation management, product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and agency management
- Strong commercial mindset, strategic thinking, analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic considered a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, market data analysis, P&L and marketing budget management

About the Role
- We are looking for a Brand Manager for Biscuits & Bakery to join our team in Dubai, reporting directly to the Biscuits & Bakery Marketing Manager.
- This role is designed for a dynamic marketing professional who is passionate about building brands, driving business growth, and delivering impactful consumer experiences across the Gulf region.
- The position focuses on managing the Ferrero Biscuits portfolio end to end, translating global brand strategies into successful local execution while identifying growth opportunities through consumer insights, market intelligence, and business performance analysis.
Main Responsibilities
- Own the performance and development of the assigned Ferrero Biscuits portfolio across Gulf markets.
- Develop annual brand plans aligned with regional and global objectives, monitor business performance across key commercial and consumer metrics, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Manage forecasts, budgets, and P&L performance while identifying opportunities through portfolio optimization, pricing initiatives, channel development, and evolving consumer trends.
- Lead the end to end commercialization of new product launches and seasonal initiatives, ensuring successful adaptation of global innovations to local market requirements.
- Develop launch strategies, customer sell in materials, and commercialization toolkits, while coordinating cross functional teams including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Packaging, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Leverage consumer, shopper, and market intelligence to build winning brand strategies and support business growth.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital platforms, shopper marketing, and in store activations to strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop campaign assets and content while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Support portfolio expansion and packaging optimization initiatives to strengthen the competitiveness of the Biscuits & Bakery portfolio.
- Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and external agency partners.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of Brand Management experience within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in innovation management, product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and agency management.
- Exposure to GCC markets and multinational environments is considered an advantage.
- Strong commercial mindset, strategic thinking, analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, with Arabic considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, market data analysis, P&L and marketing budget management.
