Responsibilities
- Make phone calls to new customers to introduce company products and sell services
- Achieve set sales targets
- Conduct field visits to promote services and understand customer needs
- Communicate and build strong relationships with clients
- Collect shipping documents as per UAE government requirements from customers
- File required documents and assist customers with inquiries
- Interact effectively with internal team to improve shipping operations and services
- Follow up on shipment process from confirmation to delivery
- Follow up on invoicing and payment collection
- Inform management about sales and customer issues daily
- Use analytical skills to identify market opportunities and enhance growth
- Stay updated on developments in the international shipping industry
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Minimum six years experience in logistics sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
- Strong knowledge of air freight and sea freight shipping documentation requirements and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and maintain a strong client network
- Proficiency in English language
- UAE Driving License

Main Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum six year experience in Logistics Sales, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry
- Strong knowledge of Air freight and sea freight shipping documentation requirements and procedure
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft and especially Excel

- Ability to build relationships and maintain a strong client network
- Proficiency in English Language
