Responsibilities
- Oversee technical operations and ensure seaworthiness of assigned vessels.
- Plan and manage routine maintenance, dry docking, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with class, flag state, and local (e.g., ADNOC) regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with classification societies, port authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor vessel performance and machinery condition.
- Prepare and manage technical budgets, including OPEX and dry docking costs.
- Implement cost control measures without compromising safety or performance.
- Coordinate procurement of spare parts and critical equipment.
- Manage onboard technical documentation and maintenance records (e.g., PMS).
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to vessels and crew.
- Conduct vessel visits and inspections as required.
- Support and guide onboard engineers and crew on maintenance and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Second Engineer Certificate of Competency (CoC)
- Education in Marine Engineering or related technical/marine discipline
- Experience managing vessel technical operations
- Experience in maintenance planning, repairs, and dry docking
- Experience with vessel inspections and technical troubleshooting
- Experience preparing technical budgets and controlling operational costs
- Ability to coordinate with classification societies and port authorities
- Ability to manage spare parts procurement
- Ability to supervise and guide onboard engineers and crew
- Ability to prepare technical and operational reports

Qualifications

- Experience preparing technical budgets and controlling operational costs

Compensation
- Pay: AED9,289.85 AED12,000.00 per month
