Responsibilities
- Handle customer service and coordination for logistics operations
- Conduct sales meetings with clients for new sales and projects
- Collect documents from customers (shipping documents, delivery notes, customs related documents, etc.)
- Manage daily operations and communicate with branch offices for logistics support
- Coordinate heavy equipment hire for logistics operations
- Arrange cargo loading/offloading and overseas customs clearance
- Arrange local transport movements for special cargoes and CICPA pass vehicles/equipment
- Handle import/export (air/sea shipments), freight booking, port handling, customs clearance, transportation
- Handle petty cash for transport charges and drivers' payments
- Prepare purchase invoices and purchase orders occasionally
Requirements
- Experience in logistics coordination or related field
- Knowledge of shipping documents, customs procedures, and transportation logistics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in Abu Dhabi

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Handling customer service and coordination.
- Conducting sales meetings with clients for new sales and projects.
- Documents collection from customers (shipping documents, delivery notes, customs related documents, original contracts, etc.).
- Managing the daily operations.
- Communicate with ADSO branch offices for logistics support.
- Coordinating heavy equipment hire for logistics operations.
- Cargo loading and offloading arrangements (as per customer request, arranging labor, heavy equipment).
- Arranging overseas cargo customs clearance jobs and deliveries for clients.
- Arranging local transport movements for special cargoes (out of gauge cargo) and CICPA pass vehicles/equipment.
- Import and export handling (air/sea shipments), freight booking, port handling arrangements, customs clearance, transportation.
- Handling of petty cash (transport charges, drivers' payments, etc.).
- Heavy Equipment (Cranes, Excavators) Hire and manage operations.

Salary
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
