Responsibilities
- Participate in daily Toolbox Talk meetings and HSE meetings
- Ensure compliance of general trainings and safety induction of all personnel before site entry
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports for corrective actions
- Check and advise on each work plan or procedures for HSE prior to work commencement
- Coordinate with Client HSE on HSE aspects
- Ensure site supervisors conduct HSE activities efficiently
- Provide technical support to Senior Management on safety related subjects
- Advise job performers on HSE aspects for construction activities
- Ensure ADNOC road safety procedures are implemented
- Execute safety programs/campaigns to minimize safety losses
- Handle safety assessments and deploy corrective measures to minimize hazard risk profile
- Ensure availability of Method Statements, rescue plans, and Task Risk assessments at site
Requirements
- Relevant HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) implied by role
- Experience in construction HSE
- Knowledge of ADNOC road safety procedures
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and risk assessments

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Participating in daily TBT and HSE meetings.
- Ensure the compliance of general trainings and safety induction of all personnel before site entry.
- Conduct regular SITE inspections and prepare reports to HSE Manager and Construction Team for corrective actions.
- Check and advice on each work plan or procedures for HSE prior to WORK commencement.
- Coordinate with Client HSE/Client HSE Focal point on HSE aspects.
- Ensure that site Supervisors conduct their HSE activities efficiently.
- Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.
- Advise the JOB performers related to HSE aspects for construction activities.
- Ensure ADNOC road safety procedures are implemented in the project.
- Execute safety programs/campaigns for locations and minimize company safety losses.
- Cooperate and coordinate with Line Management staff to provide advises in safe working environment.
- Handle safety assessments and deploy corrective measures to minimize hazard risk profile.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensuring the relevant documents Method Statements, rescue plans and Task Risk assessment are available with supervisor at site.
- Ensuring welfare facilities are sufficient at construction site.
- Advising the construction team about unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and taking corrective actions.
- Preparing daily observation reports and follow up for close outs.
- Ensure the availability of all Emergency rescue arrangements and firefighting arrangements are in place.
- Conduct Emergency mock drill as per project requirements.
- Ensure all emergency escape routes are clear from any obstructions at all times.
- Inspect all emergency rescue equipment’s & Firefighting equipment’s periodically.
- Addressing employee safety concerns and ensuring workplace safety.
- Coordination of hazardous waste management.
- Establishing safety standards and policies and training related with job.
- Monitoring and compliance of Permit to work management system (PTW WMS permit procedure).
Reporting and Investigation
- Report & record all accident/ incident & near miss to the management and participate in accident investigation.
- Identify potential hazards and implementation of control measures to reduce the risks.
- Recording injuries or illnesses that occur at work in order to identify potential hazards or patterns of unsafe behavior.
Outcomes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Implement measures to prevent accidents, incidents, and occupational hazards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of emergency response plans and procedures.
- Participate in the development and delivery of HSE training programs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify non compliance issues and hazards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of safety related data and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with other departments, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a safety culture.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HSE practices and processes.
- Inform higher management and the HR department if any malpractices, misconduct, or illegal procedures are taking place.
- Maintain the monthly documentations of lessons learned, reports, and training records for staff members.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 5,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month
