Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable floral arrangements, gifting, and décor solutions
- Promote floral products for events, weddings, corporate functions, and gifting occasions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporates, hotels, event planners, and other clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Handle walk in customers, phone inquiries, online leads, and social media requests professionally
- Prepare quotations and follow up consistently to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with floristry and operations teams
- Maintain customer records and sales follow ups
- Track leads, conversions, and sales performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience preferred
- Experience in flowers, events, gifting, retail, hospitality, or similar industries is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer focused personality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong follow up, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- UAE Driving License is an advantage

- Respond to customer requirements, special requests, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with floristry and operations teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of customer requirements, including special arrangements and customization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience preferred.
- Experience in flowers, events, gifting, retail, hospitality, or similar industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer focused personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
