Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage gardeners, supervisors, and maintenance teams across multiple sites
- Allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure efficient manpower utilization
- Oversee daily landscape maintenance activities for residential, commercial, and community projects
- Develop and monitor maintenance schedules, checklists, and standard operating procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and identify improvement areas
- Coordinate with clients, property managers, and facility management teams
- Monitor maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and operational costs
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, site performance, and operational progress
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company quality standards and UAE HSE requirements
- Coordinate with procurement teams and external suppliers for timely availability of materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Agriculture, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in landscape maintenance, facilities management, or horticultural operations
- Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, turf management, and landscape maintenance practices
- Proven experience managing multiple maintenance teams and sites
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance management systems is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Provide guidance, training, and support to improve team performance and service quality.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Oversee daily landscape maintenance activities for residential, commercial, and community projects.
- Develop and monitor maintenance schedules, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper maintenance of plants, turf, irrigation systems, trees, and landscape features.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate with clients, property managers, and facility management teams.
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and operational costs.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, site performance, and operational progress.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Agriculture, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in landscape maintenance, facilities management, or horticultural operations.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, turf management, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Proven experience managing multiple maintenance teams and sites.

- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem solving skills.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning, budgeting, and operational reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
