Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and results driven Business Development Manager – Landscaping to lead business growth initiatives and expand our client portfolio across the UAE.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing landscaping projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, and government sectors.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE landscaping and construction industry, proven sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop long term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue, market presence, and client portfolio.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
  • Monitor landscaping market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
  • Analyze client requirements and recommend customized landscaping solutions aligned with project objectives.
  • Develop short term and long term growth plans to achieve company business goals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, government entities, and private clients.
  • Identify key decision makers and establish strong business networks within the UAE market.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and negotiations to secure new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, company profiles, and commercial offers.
  • Understand client expectations and ensure solutions are aligned with project requirements.
  • Maintain long term client relationships to generate repeat business opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and business development KPIs.
  • Generate and manage sales pipelines from lead generation to project award.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market feedback, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and client inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns highlighting company services, completed projects, and capabilities.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
  • Promote the company's landscaping, irrigation, swimming pool, and outdoor solutions.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and maintain a professional company image in the UAE market.

Team Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with estimation, design, operations, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
  • Provide market insights, competitor information, and client feedback to management.
  • Support and guide junior business development team members when required.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, performance driven work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the landscaping, construction, swimming pool, irrigation, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of UAE landscaping market trends, client requirements, and project procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, secure contracts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Established network with developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients is an advantage.

Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
  • Own vehicle is required.
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings, networking events, and project visits.
