Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices across project sites
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and client requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and permit to work documentation
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
- Prepare incident reports and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor waste management, environmental controls, and sustainability practices
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- NEBOSH IGC certification mandatory
- Minimum 3 5 years of UAE experience in HSE role within landscaping, construction, or infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting tools

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices across all project sites.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and permit to work documentation.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for employees and subcontractors.
- Promote safety awareness and ensure employees follow safe working practices and emergency procedures.
- Organize emergency drills and maintain emergency response plans.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Prepare incident reports, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and statutory documentation.
- Monitor waste management, environmental controls, and sustainability practices on site.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory; IOSH and First Aid certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in an HSE role within landscaping, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management systems.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
