About the Role

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable floral, gifting, and event décor solutions
- Promote products and services for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and special occasions
- Achieve sales targets through proactive selling and upselling
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and follow up on inquiries
- Coordinate with florists, production, and operations teams to ensure timely order execution
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Identify new business opportunities and corporate clients
Requirements
- UAE sales experience preferred
- Experience in flowers, events, gifting, retail, or hospitality sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Confident, presentable, and target driven personality
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow up skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate customer requirements clearly and monitor order progress to resolve issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service from inquiry to delivery
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Build long term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Requirements & Qualifications
- UAE sales experience preferred
- Experience in flowers, events, gifting, retail, or hospitality sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Confident, presentable, and target driven personality
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow up skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation
- Pay: From AED1.00 per month
