- Create creative and customized floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, decorative displays, and event installations
- Design floral concepts based on client requirements, themes, seasons, occasions, and project needs
- Select suitable flowers, plants, and decorative materials considering climate conditions, availability, and design requirements
- Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants through proper handling, watering, trimming, pruning, and storage practices
- Support floral setup and installation at events, client locations, offices, hotels, and landscaping project sites
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, themes, and requirements
- Manage flower, plant, and floral supply inventory
- Coordinate ordering and replenishment of flowers, accessories, tools, and materials
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Florist, Floral Designer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, floral arrangement techniques, and flower care
- Experience in event decoration, landscaping, hospitality, or floral retail is preferred
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of floral design principles, colors, and presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors when required

Key Responsibilities Floral Design & Arrangement
- Create creative and customized floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, decorative displays, and event installations.
- Design floral concepts based on client requirements, themes, seasons, occasions, and project needs.
- Select suitable flowers, plants, and decorative materials considering climate conditions, availability, and design requirements.
- Develop seasonal floral designs and contribute innovative ideas for new arrangements.
- Ensure all floral creations meet quality, aesthetic, and presentation standards.
Flower & Plant Care
- Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants through proper handling, watering, trimming, pruning, and storage practices.
- Monitor flower condition and ensure proper care before events, installations, and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of floral work areas, tools, and materials.
- Ensure proper handling and preservation of floral inventory to minimize wastage.
Event & Site Installation
- Support floral setup and installation at events, client locations, offices, hotels, and landscaping project sites.
- Coordinate with event teams, landscape designers, and project teams to integrate floral elements into outdoor and indoor spaces.
- Ensure timely completion of floral installations according to project schedules and client expectations.
- Assist with dismantling and proper storage of reusable floral materials after events.
Client Coordination & Customer Service
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, themes, and requirements.
- Provide creative suggestions and recommend suitable flowers, colors, and arrangements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and high quality floral designs.
- Support client presentations and design discussions when required.
Inventory & Material Management
- Manage flower, plant, and floral supply inventory.
- Coordinate ordering and replenishment of flowers, accessories, tools, and materials.
- Maintain proper stock records and ensure availability of required materials for upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of floral products.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Florist, Floral Designer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, floral arrangement techniques, and flower care.
- Experience in event decoration, landscaping, hospitality, or floral retail is preferred.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
