About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable floral, gifting, and event décor solutions
- Promote products and services for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other special occasions
- Achieve sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross selling
- Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders
- Coordinate with florists, production, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including corporate clients
Requirements
- Previous UAE sales experience preferred
- Experience in flowers, gifting, events, retail, or hospitality sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation, follow up, and organizational abilities
- Target oriented, confident, and presentable with a professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with florists, production, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Monitor order progress and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including corporate clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous UAE sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in flowers, gifting, events, retail, or hospitality sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow up, and organizational abilities.
- Target oriented, confident, and presentable with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
