Requirements
- NEBOSH certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 5 years of HSE experience in landscaping or construction projects in the UAE
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations

Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and proactive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to oversee and implement HSE systems across landscaping and construction projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with UAE local and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits for landscaping and construction activities.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and subcontractors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed incident investigation and compliance reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE environmental laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans for all sites.
- Monitor occupational health risks and implement preventive measures.
- Drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- NEBOSH certification (mandatory).
- IOSH or other UAE recognized HSE certifications are highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in landscaping or construction projects in the UAE.
