Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, wedding organizers, and individual customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Explore new markets and sales channels to expand customer base and achieve revenue targets
- Understand client requirements for weddings, events, corporate functions, gifting, and special occasions
- Recommend suitable floral arrangements and décor solutions based on customer preferences and budgets
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability
- Coordinate closely with florists and operations teams to ensure orders are executed accurately and delivered on schedule
- Oversee order processing, production timelines, and delivery arrangements
- Monitor active orders and provide timely updates to clients as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial inquiry through post delivery follow up
- Advise customers on flower selection, arrangement styles, seasonal availability, and flower care
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the UAE; experience in floral, gifting, events, hospitality, or luxury retail sector highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of flowers, floral arrangements, event décor, and customer preferences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused with a professional and approachable personality
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and consistently achieve sales targets
- Strong coordination, organizational, and relationship management skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate, results driven, and customer focused Sales Executive to join our Floral Division.
- The ideal candidate will have proven UAE sales experience, preferably within the floral, events, hospitality, gifting, or luxury retail industry.
- Responsible for promoting and selling floral products and services, including bouquets, customized floral arrangements, event décor, and corporate floral solutions.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, wedding organizers, and individual customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Explore new markets and sales channels to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets.
Sales & Client Management
- Understand client requirements for weddings, events, corporate functions, gifting, and special occasions.
- Recommend suitable floral arrangements and décor solutions based on customer preferences and budgets.

Order Coordination & Operations

Requirements

Compensation
