Overview
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Sales Executive to join our floral team immediately.
The ideal candidate should have sales experience in the UAE and enjoy interacting with customers, building relationships, and helping grow the business.
Experience in flowers, events, or gifting is a plus.
In this role, you will help customers choose floral arrangements for birthdays, weddings, events, corporate orders, and other special occasions.
You will also coordinate with the florist team to make sure orders are handled smoothly and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Connect with new customers and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable floral arrangements and décor ideas.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the florist and operations team for order preparation and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Support business growth by identifying new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- UAE sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in flowers, events, or gifting is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Confident, presentable, and positive personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
