- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable floral arrangements, gifting solutions, and décor services
- Promote floral products for events, weddings, corporate functions, and gifting occasions
- Handle walk in customers, online inquiries, phone calls, and social media leads professionally
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed sales
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely coordination with operations and floristry teams
- Coordinate customer requirements, special requests, and delivery schedules
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Build long term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and other potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Suggest creative ideas and initiatives to improve sales performance and customer engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience preferred
- Experience in flowers, events, gifting, retail, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer oriented personality
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow up skills
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
