Sales Executive – Floristry

Key Responsibilitiescustomer Engagement & Sales

• Connect with new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable floral arrangements, gifting options, and décor solutions.
• Actively promote floral products for events, gifting, weddings, and corporate orders.
• Handle walk-in customers, online inquiries, and social media leads professionally.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Quotation & Order Management

• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and budgets.
• Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and timely confirmation.
• Maintain proper records of customer orders and sales activities.

Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with the florist and operations team for order preparation and event requirements.
• Ensure all orders are delivered correctly and on time.
• Communicate customer preferences and special instructions clearly to production and delivery teams.
• Support event setup coordination when required.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented approach at all times.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Business Development

• Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and retail customers.
• Support business growth through upselling and repeat customer engagement.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve sales performance, marketing, and customer reach.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of UAE sales experience preferred.
• Experience in flowers, events, gifting, retail, or hospitality sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and positive personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
