Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, wedding organizers, and individual customers
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships to encourage repeat business and client referrals
- Actively seek new markets and sales channels to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets
- Understand client requirements for weddings, events, corporate functions, gifting, and special occasions
- Recommend suitable floral designs, bouquets, and customized arrangements based on customer preferences and budgets
- Prepare quotations, conduct timely follow ups, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability
- Liaise closely with florists and operations teams to ensure customer orders are executed accurately and delivered on schedule
- Coordinate order processing, production timelines, and delivery arrangements
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Provide expert guidance on flower selection, arrangement styles, seasonal availability, and flower care
- Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the UAE
- Experience in the floral, gifting, event, or hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of flowers, floral arrangements, event décor, and customer preferences
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented mindset with a professional and approachable personality
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple client requests, and consistently achieve sales targets
- Excellent coordination, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate, results driven, and customer focused Sales Executive to join our floral division immediately.
- The ideal candidate will have proven UAE sales experience, preferably within the floral, events, or luxury retail industry.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling floral products and services, including bouquets, customized floral arrangements, event décor, and corporate floral solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, wedding organizers, and individual customers.
