- Develop and implement the organization’s sales strategy

- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to support commercial objectives
- Evaluate new market opportunities and expansion strategies
- Lead major commercial negotiations and contract discussions
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and executive reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Build a performance driven sales culture through coaching, succession planning, and talent development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of leading high performing commercial teams
- Experience developing and executing national or regional sales strategies
- Strong commercial, financial, and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English is required
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage
- Experience working within GCC markets is preferred
- Arabic would be an advantage

The Role
- Reporting to executive leadership, the Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy, leading regional commercial teams, and driving profitable revenue growth across multiple customer segments.
- The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with strong commercial execution, ensuring that sales objectives are achieved while fostering long term customer partnerships and developing high performing teams.
