Role Overview
The role is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales Development Executive position in Dubai.
The position drives business growth for accounting and tax consultancy services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads and build relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Present tailored service offerings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Collaborate with technical and advisory teams to accurately represent services.
- Monitor market trends, maintain the CRM sales pipeline, and report on performance and targets.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or business development is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and CRM pipeline management abilities are required.
- Candidates should understand basic accounting and tax concepts or be willing to learn quickly.
- Interest in regulatory and compliance-focused services is required.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000–6,000 per month plus commission.
