Role Overview
Sales role supporting business growth for accounting and tax consultancy services in Dubai.
The position is full-time and performed on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads and build relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Present tailored service offerings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Collaborate with technical and advisory teams to ensure accurate representation of services.
- Monitor market trends, maintain a CRM sales pipeline, and report on performance and targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain complex services clearly and manage long-term client relationships.
- Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools.
- Basic accounting and tax knowledge or willingness to learn quickly, with interest in regulatory and compliance services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
