Full-time, on-site sales role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role drives business growth for accounting and tax consultancy services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads and build relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Present tailored service offerings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Collaborate with technical and advisory teams to ensure accurate service representation.
- Monitor market trends and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain complex services clearly to clients.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage a structured CRM pipeline.
- Understanding of basic accounting and tax concepts or willingness to learn quickly.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
- Monthly salary plus commission.
