Full-time, on-site sales role driving business growth for accounting and tax consultancy services in Dubai.
The role focuses on B2B business development, client relationships, service presentations, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Present tailored accounting and tax consultancy services.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Collaborate with technical and advisory teams to ensure accurate service representation.
- Monitor market trends and maintain a CRM sales pipeline.
- Report regularly on sales performance and targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to explain complex services in clear, client-friendly language.
- Candidates must be able to build long-term client relationships and manage a structured CRM pipeline.
- Basic accounting and tax knowledge, or willingness to learn quickly, is required.
- A related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Compensation
- Compensation is a monthly salary plus commission.
Workplace
- The role is on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
