Overview

GymNation Sales Agents are the backbone of the business!

That is why we are INCREDIBLY selective of whom we bring in as part of our team!

A SUCCESSFUL Sales Agent MUST be able to deliver against new member acquisition targets issued by central support to ensure membership growth whilst delivering exceptional customer service to aid in member retention and new member referrals through effective networking and relationship building!

The Role

  • To deliver and exceed membership mix targets issued by central support.
  • To deliver and exceed all sales KPI’s set by central support.
  • Responsible for lead management within the company’s sales system following the guidelines set by central support.
  • Responsible for lead nurture, lead activation and lead follow up sequences to optimise prospect conversion rate.
  • To source and build corporate relations to gain partnerships.
  • Performing reception duties during peak trading hours or when required by the Sales Manager and General Manager.
  • To deliver outstanding levels of customer service through constant member engagement
  • To drive and maximize upsells to Premiere Product Ranges.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Handbook and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
  • Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the GymNation Brand Standard!
  • To ALWAYS be a positive ambassador for GymNation!

The Candidate

  • :
  • Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should be charismatic with confidence to approach prospects with the view of building relationships resulting in sales and referrals.
  • Must have the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Must be comfortable working in a supportive competitive environment.
  • Must have brilliant organizational skills and be proficient in using online sales software.
  • A history of sales in the health & fitness industry is NOT required just your ABILITY to be teachable and driven!
  • Other responsibilities:
  • Any other tasks assigned to him by the Sales Manager, General Manager or Executive Management in relation to his field of work
