Role Overview
Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned Brunello Restaurant outlet.
Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with hotel standards and Kempinski values.
Support sales and maximize guest satisfaction.
Guest Service and Orders
- Present menus and explain portions, ingredients, potential food allergies, and alternatives.
- Upsell food and beverage items offered by the assigned department.
- Take accurate orders using POS software, order slips, or memorization.
- Communicate order details to kitchen staff and serve food and drink orders.
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
- Handle guest enquiries and report complaints and feedback to supervisors.
Outlet Operations
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Monitor operating supplies and equipment while reducing spoilage and wastage.
- Keep the workplace and surrounding area clean and organized.
- Perform established opening and closing procedures for the assigned outlet.
- Ensure reported guest complaints receive appropriate follow-up.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in an international luxury five-star hotel is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
