About the Role
One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai seeks a Restaurant Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure exceptional dining experiences. Candidates need 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel/resort environment with strong F&B knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter and put them on a waiting list as necessary
- Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions
- Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas
- Assign guests to tables they prefer while keeping table rotation in mind
- Engage with guests to ensure they are happy with food and service
- Respond to complaints and help resolve them
- Answer phone calls, take reservations and answer questions
- Maintain knowledge of the menu
- Help out with other positions in the restaurant as needed
- Provide great customer service
- Assist with any other duties required by management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment
- Strong F&B knowledge
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with high profile and diverse clientele
- Dynamic team player able to provide highest standard of service
- Excellent communication in English
- Additional language highly regarded

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 1 2 years’ experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
- Strong F&B knowledge is a must.
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationship with high profile and diverse clientele.
- Dynamic team player able to provide the highest standard of service.
- Excellent communication in English language is required.
- An additional language will be highly regarded.
