Serve as the first point of contact for guests seeking room reservations.
Provide excellent customer service and support accurate, efficient reservation processes.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist guests with room reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Process guest reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns related to bookings and accommodation.
- Verify guest information and payment details to confirm reservations.
- Recommend options to guests based on their preferences and needs.
- Promote special offers, packages, and discounts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and room types.
- Collaborate with the reservations team to maintain accurate room inventory.
- Assist with group reservations and bookings as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills and knowledge.

- Operate safely and in an environmentally friendly manner to safeguard guests and colleagues.
