Role Overview
Oversee housekeeping operations for guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Lead the housekeeping team, implement cleaning schedules, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness standards.
Contribute to guest satisfaction and hotel operational excellence.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Organize and assign daily tasks to Housekeeping Attendants on guest floors.
- Provide keys, supplies, and other resources required for daily housekeeping tasks.
- Handle guest requests and complaints and ensure effective resolution.
- Inspect guest rooms regularly for cleanliness and adherence to quality assurance standards.
- Monitor room status and communicate with the Front Office Department.
- Report damaged items and broken equipment to the Engineering Department.
- Follow established procedures for lost and found items.
- Order housekeeping supplies on time and manage inventory procedures.
- Evaluate Housekeeping Attendant performance and report issues to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
- Train Room Attendants on standards of performance and quality assurance standards.
- Follow organizational environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
