Role Overview
Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas under supervisor guidance and in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Collect keys and daily assignments and prepare the trolley and equipment needed for efficient task performance.
- Clean guest rooms and replenish room supplies according to the hotel's Standards of Performance.
- Clean and replenish bathrooms while following performance and safety standards.
- Arrange and tidy guest belongings while cleaning rooms and bathrooms.
- Inform Valet Service when guest clothes require laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing.
- Clean guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas.
- Report maintenance-related issues to the Engineering Department for general upkeep.
- Consider guest needs and maintain courtesy in public areas and guest rooms.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Follow company environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Adhere to hotel standards of performance when cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and guest areas.
- Follow organizational environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
- Consider guest needs and maintain courtesy while working in guest rooms and public areas.
