Role Overview
The F&B Associate provides efficient and friendly food and beverage service for hotel guests.
The role is based at Millennium Al Barsha Hotel in Dubai.
The position contributes to guest satisfaction and overall F&B operations.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Take orders, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
- Serve meals and drinks according to service and presentation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests courteously.
- Set tables, clear dishes, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B team.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately.
- Restock supplies as needed.
Health and Safety
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards and company procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to provide efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service.
- Ability to take orders, answer guest questions, and make menu recommendations.
- Ability to process customer payments and handle cash accurately.
