Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of R&D experience, including leadership responsibility
- Proven experience managing innovation and product development projects
- Strong project management and technical leadership capabilities
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Fluency in English is required

Qualifications

- Strong project management and technical leadership capabilities.
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English is required.
