Al Jazeera International Catering LLC is seeking an experienced QHSE Trainer.
The role develops and delivers QHSE training while promoting safety and food safety culture across operations.
The role supports compliance with company, UAE regulatory, and international standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver training in health and safety, HACCP, ISO standards, PPE awareness, food hygiene, environmental awareness, and fire safety.
- Conduct induction, refresher, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
- Monitor compliance through site inspections, audits, and training effectiveness evaluations.
- Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and training records.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Promote QHSE culture across departments and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum three years of QHSE training experience.
- Industrial catering, food service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and local food safety and labour regulations is preferred.
- HACCP and food safety certifications are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
