The Arabic Cook is responsible for preparing good-quality meals according to the menu and supporting reliable food service.
The role includes guiding assistant cooks, maintaining kitchen hygiene, controlling ingredients, and supporting productivity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals according to the menu and ensure food is ready on time at prescribed temperatures.
- Guide assistant cooks with mise en place.
- Keep work areas and kitchen equipment clean and tidy.
- Use ingredients correctly, reduce waste, and support productivity and profitability.
- Provide quality food and service to clients and customers.
- Assist with other galley-area tasks as instructed.
- Support industry best practices, ISO requirements, service improvements, and staff welfare.
- Strictly follow and record HACCP processes and comply with health and safety standards.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Employment
- The position is full-time and permanent.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
Requirements
- Prepare good-quality meals according to the menu.
- Ensure work areas and kitchen equipment remain hygienically clean and tidy.
- Use ingredients correctly and help reduce waste while improving productivity and profitability.
- Ensure meals are ready on time and at prescribed temperatures.
- Strictly adhere to and record the HACCP process.
- Follow health and safety standards to support an incident-free workplace.
