Role Overview
Arabic Cook responsible for preparing good-quality meals according to the menu.
The role supports food quality, timely service, hygiene, productivity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meals according to the menu and ensure quality standards are met.
- Guide assistant cooks in mise en place activities.
- Maintain hygienically clean and tidy work areas and kitchen equipment.
- Use ingredients correctly, reduce wastage, and improve productivity and profitability.
- Ensure meals are ready on time and at prescribed temperatures.
- Provide quality food and service to clients and customers.
- Assist with other galley tasks as instructed.
- Support industry best practices, company systems, service improvements, and staff welfare initiatives.
Standards and Requirements
- Follow HACCP processes strictly and maintain required records.
- Follow health and safety standards to support an incident-free workplace.
- Support successful completion of company ISO standards requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in the UAE.
Employment
The position is full-time and permanent.
