Al Jazeera International Catering LLC seeks an experienced QHSE Trainer to develop and deliver quality, health, safety, and environmental training programs.
The role supports compliance with company, UAE regulatory, and international standards across operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver training on health and safety, HACCP, ISO standards, PPE awareness, food hygiene, environmental awareness, and fire safety.
- Conduct induction, refresher, toolbox talk, and awareness sessions.
- Monitor compliance through site inspections, audits, and training effectiveness evaluations.
- Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and ISO standards.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and training records.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Promote a positive QHSE culture across departments.
- Maintain accurate training documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of QHSE training experience.
- Industrial catering, food service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Preferred skills and credentials
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and local food safety and labour regulations is preferred.
- HACCP and food safety certifications are preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and training skills are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
