The Catering Manager will be responsible for overall catering site operations in Abu Dhabi.
The role covers industrial catering operations, staff supervision, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in industrial catering.
- Graduate or diploma course related to hotel or catering management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentation tools.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- The posting also states 10 years of catering or food and beverage experience as required.
- Five years in a lead or manager role is listed as preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall catering site operations and coordinate daily activities through supervisors.
- Deliver superior service, maximise customer satisfaction, and respond to complaints.
- Review product quality and research new vendors.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and appraise performance with productivity-focused feedback.
- Maintain a healthy, hygienic, and clean dining atmosphere.
- Coordinate food production and customer service through best practices and on-the-job training.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
Compensation
- Full-time permanent employment is offered.
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
- Company-provided food and shared bachelor's accommodation are stated as benefits.
