QA/QC Engineer and QC Inspector roles supporting construction and infrastructure projects in Dubai.
The roles focus on quality compliance, construction inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination with project and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, and quality standards.
- Inspect workmanship, materials, installations, and completed works against project requirements.
- Prepare Inspection Requests, checklists, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate inspections with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, material approvals, and technical documents.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor material deliveries and verify compliance with approved specifications.
- Coordinate material and site testing with laboratories and relevant teams.
- Maintain inspection records, test reports, NCR records, quality logs, and other QA/QC documentation.
- Follow up on NCR closure, corrective actions, and inspection approvals.
- Participate in quality and coordination meetings and site inspections.
- Support as-built documentation, handover dossiers, and final quality records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant QA/QC or inspection experience.
- Hands-on experience in the applicable Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical discipline.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Experience preparing IRs, inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and quality records.
- Coordination skills with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.
- Problem-solving, reporting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QA/QC documentation systems.
- UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.

- Full-time roles based in Dubai, UAE, supporting major construction and infrastructure projects.
