NexRevo Global is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for construction and infrastructure projects in Dubai.
The role covers land, topographical, setting-out, alignment, leveling, and dimensional surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land, topographical, and setting-out surveys according to approved drawings.
- Establish survey points, benchmarks, levels, and coordinates.
- Perform alignment, leveling, dimensional checks, setting-out, and verification of construction works.
- Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams on survey requirements.
- Prepare survey reports, measurements, and as-built survey data.
- Read construction drawings and operate Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS equipment.
- Resolve survey-related issues and ensure accurate measurements meet project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS.
- Strong knowledge of land, topographical, setting-out, alignment, and leveling surveys.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, coordinates, and levels.
