Role Overview
Manage small- to medium-sized energy-sector projects involving front-end development and ground-up construction.
The role has direct accountability for project delivery and is part of the Construction Management function.
Workplace and Travel
- The role is onsite in Juno Beach, Florida.
- The position includes approximately 15% travel through Florida to job sites.
- On-site presence and requirements may change based on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and confirm work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review payment requisitions, budgets, subcontracts, drawings, specifications, and construction agreements.
- Prepare project status and risk assessment reports and seek approval for construction fund releases.
- Coordinate cost estimates and quantity take-offs with the Cost Advisory group.
- Oversee contractor and architect qualifications, construction schedules, disbursements, zoning approvals, surveys, and permits.
- Coach others, share knowledge, build consensus, and contribute across related teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to exercise judgment using multiple sources of information.
- Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.
Required and Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Primavera Unifier is beneficial.
Additional Role Information
SOX control responsibilities may be part of the role where applicable.
