Project Manager role within the Project Management function.
The role provides consulting services to an assigned market or client account.
The position focuses on healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects.
Up to 20% travel is expected throughout the Eastern US.
Project responsibilities
- Manage real estate projects from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk plans.
- Select project delivery resources, conduct proposals, evaluate bids, and make recommendations.
- Govern project documentation and maintain accurate, timely, coordinated project data.
- Direct delivery teams, create action plans, track progress, and report status and variances.
- Identify threats, implement mitigation and contingency plans, and reduce project risks.
- Coach colleagues, build consensus, and communicate difficult or sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations are preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong judgment, organizational ability, inquisitiveness, and mathematical skills are required.
Work arrangement
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.
- The role includes travel throughout the Eastern US, expected to be up to 20%.
