Support industrial construction projects and teams across the Gulf Coast.
Deliver projects against client and internal objectives for safety, scope, budget, and schedule.
Projects include HVAC, roofing, roadway, mechanical, and concrete work at industrial sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage third-party design efforts and multiple small project sites.
- Lead budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and risk for multi-asset facility projects.
- Coordinate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Prepare scopes, resource plans, estimates, budgets, schedules, quality controls, and risk assessments.
- Conduct requests for proposals, analyze bids, and recommend qualified project resources.
- Implement communication plans, meetings, written reports, and meeting minutes.
- Train junior-level staff and support regional reporting and performance improvements.
- Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities to improve program delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, BS, BEng, or BArch, or five years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least four years of project management experience in real estate industrial construction is required.
- Five years of experience is preferred.
- Industrial real estate experience involving MEP and HVAC is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Candidates must be within driving distance of specified Gulf Coast client sites.
Workplace and travel
- The role involves visiting client sites in Baytown, Beaumont, Mont Belvieu, and Friendswood.
- Candidates must be within driving distance of Houston, Texas, or the listed client locations.
