Role Overview
Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account in support of strategic business objectives.
Manage healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects from initiation through completion.
The role is part of the Project Management function and includes up to 20% travel throughout the Eastern United States.
Responsibilities
- Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for assigned real estate projects.
- Prepare scopes of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk plans with clients.
- Define delivery resources, conduct requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
- Maintain project documentation governance, data integrity, and accurate project records.
- Direct delivery teams, create action plans, track progress, and report status and variances.
- Identify project threats and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Coach colleagues, share project management knowledge, and build consensus with stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations are preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, judgment, inquisitiveness, and financial calculation ability.
Workplace
- Up to 20% travel is expected throughout the Eastern United States.
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.
