Project Manager providing consulting services for assigned markets or client accounts.
The role manages healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects from initiation through completion.
Up to 20% travel is expected throughout the Eastern United States.
What you will do
- Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for singular real estate projects.
- Prepare scopes of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk plans with clients.
- Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations.
- Implement documentation governance and maintain accurate, timely, coordinated project data.
- Direct project delivery teams and create action plans to achieve objectives, budgets, and schedules.
- Track project progress, report status and variances, and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Coach others, share knowledge, build consensus, and explain difficult or sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience in healthcare administrative and clinical construction project management.
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations are preferred.
- Ability to exercise judgment using multiple information sources and take new perspectives on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, an inquisitive mindset, and sophisticated math skills.
Workplace and travel
- Up to 20% travel is expected throughout the Eastern United States.
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.
