Role Overview
Lead project execution while overseeing operational and administrative activities that support projects and day-to-day workflow.
Manage projects independently, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, work with clients and external stakeholders, and resolve project and operational challenges.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
- Manage schedules, priorities, resources, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and performance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
- Identify risks, delays, and challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare progress reports, management updates, approvals, correspondence, and project records.
Operations and Administration
- Oversee operational and administrative activities related to projects and internal teams.
- Coordinate departmental workflows, team priorities, resources, workloads, procurement, approvals, and internal actions.
- Support management with operational planning, reporting, coordination, and decision-making.
- Improve efficiency through practical solutions, effective processes, procedures, and reporting systems.
- Maintain organized operational and project documentation and ensure internal standards are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- At least 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Project management experience in architecture, civil engineering, consulting, or a related industry.
- Strong operations experience, project execution capability, and knowledge of construction processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, follow-up, decision-making, and time-management skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 15,000 to AED 18,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
